Last updated March 23, 2026. Joachim Studio is a private operations tool used to manage inventory, listing preparation, marketplace publishing, and order workflows for a small resale business.
We collect only the information needed to run the internal resale workflow and connect marketplace services. That can include operator account identifiers, eBay authorization tokens, listing data, order and fulfillment data, accounting-related transaction details, and product images or metadata uploaded into the tool.
Information is used to authenticate the connected eBay account, create and maintain listings, synchronize order activity, support fulfillment, review operational exceptions, and keep internal business records accurate.
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers and platforms necessary to operate the workflow, such as eBay, hosting providers, database infrastructure, and accounting integrations used by the business.
We retain data for as long as it is needed to operate the resale workflow, maintain business records, troubleshoot sync issues, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Access is limited to authorized operators, and reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect stored credentials and operational data.
If an eBay connection should be revoked or data needs to be corrected or removed, the connected operator can disconnect the integration and request cleanup of locally stored information where appropriate and legally permitted.
